Local internet access provided by Complete Computers is $19.95 per month. Or, if you
are a Student*,
Teacher*,
or pay 6 months in advance, your monthly rate is only $17.95! You have the option of either
paying for your access by credit card, bank draft, or by direct billing. See below for
more information.
Included in your internet account is:

month of Internet access -
This averages to over eight hours a day online!
Usage over the allotted 250 hours per month is billed at $1.00 per hour

account & access to newsgroups -
Additional e-mail accounts are available
for $5.00 per month. You may check your e-mail by clicking on the link
on the panola.com home page,

| If
you meet the above minimum requirements and are still having problems
establishing a connection with our servers at Complete Computers, we
provide assistance via our Internet Help Desk. If these problems are too
involved to solve over the telephone (i.e., incorrect software
configuration, hardware failure, etc.), you may be asked to bring your
computer in for service. Our Internet Service Rate is $50 an hour with a
minimum charge of $25.

Voice mail
is available for after-hours calls, and a technician will return your call

BILLING
INFORMATION |
| All internet
accounts are due on the first of each month. Monthly
payments may be made by cash, check (see Online Payment System below),
bank draft, or credit card. Invoices are sent by e-mail on the first of
each month. You have until the 10th of the month to pay your Internet
account. If your account is not paid, a reminder e-mail will be sent prior
to disconnection.
We do not charge a fee for late payments.
However, if you are disconnected for non-payment and reconnect, you will
not be credited for lost time. Your regular monthly amount will
still be due.
Online Payment System
For your convenience, we have implemented a secure online payment system
for customers paying by check and credit card. Go to https://secure.panola.com/cc
(be sure to type the "s" after "http") to enter your
information. You may then retain your check as a copy of the transaction.
Please check your e-mail regularly for timely receipt of invoices and
any notices regarding your service. We also recommend that you keep
www.panola.com as your default home page as we update it regularly with
helpful tips, local news & weather, and information about your dial-up
service.

CANCELING
SERVICE |
| You
may cancel your internet service at any time by submitting your request in
writing to Complete Computers, 117 Public Square, Batesville, MS 38606 or
via e-mail.
