Router
is required for multiple-PC access. |
DSL for business is intended to give the business user
dependable and fast access. If you intend to connect only one PC
to DSL service, only the Ethernet modem will be needed. However, if you
intended to connect multiple PCs to the same DSL line, an
additional router will be required. The router will handle all internal
IP addresses and will allow multiple computers in your office to access
the Internet at the same time.
You will be provided with twenty (20) dial-up hours for free each month.
This is intended to give you access to your e-mail and newsgroups while you are
traveling or if your DSL access has been interrupted for any reason. If you go
beyond the twenty (20) provided hours per month, there will be a nominal charge
of $1 per hour or fraction thereof, not to exceed $19.95.
You will also receive one newsgroup account and
one e-mail address with your DSL
access.
